Complaints
We will acknowledge any complaints in writing within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute, and keep you informed about progress for your complaint.
Business Disclaimer
Cyclone regrets having to place such a business disclaimer, however, in a world full of lawsuits, we have no alternative. Before entering into a legal commitment, always take independent advice from a suitably qualified professional and do not rely on any of the information contained herein.
Provision of Information
The information provided by Cyclone is accurate according to our present knowledge. If misleading or otherwise inappropriate information is brought to our attention, a reasonable effort will be made to fix or remove it. We would also appreciate any feedback on problems, misprints or miss-links. Liability
Cyclone shall have no liability to the user for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising out of any defect in or failure of its Web shop, however caused, whether or not attributable to the negligence of Cyclone. its agents or employees. The end user agrees that Cyclone, its administrators, authors, publishers, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any problems or damage or loss of information that may occur from or result from the use of our Web shop.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
Cancellations
In exceptional circumstances, beyond the control of the customer, Cyclone will endeavour to refund deposit monies, subject to an administration fee. Providing goods have not been dispatched.
Delivery Details
Smaller items such as tyres, castors, etc. will normally be dispatched within 3 – 4 days of order. For larger items, when your order is ready for dispatch we will telephone you to discuss and confirm delivery details with you. Carriage costs vary depending on the product ordered. Details will be discussed at the time of order.
Returns Policy
Ex-display items sold through the Web shop are ‘Sold as Seen’ However, if you find that any items ordered are unsuitable for your needs, return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will reimburse you provided the returned goods are of merchantable quality (ie they can be re-sold). If you wish to return any item please telephone 01964 623881 quoting your name and order number. If you require us to collect, this can be arranged at our convenience and will be charged at a cost. Returns may be subject to an administration fee.
V A T
Most of the items on our Web shop are zero-rated provided they are purchased by registered disabled customers. To benefit from the exemption you will need to complete the VAT exemption declaration form. In the declaration you are asked to specify your disabling condition and to confirm that the goods are for your personal or domestic use. The nature of your condition is classed as sensitive information by the Data Protection Act.

All our ex-display products come with a 3 month guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials backed by the manufacturers themselves.
